How do I use liquid eye linder for under my eye?

When I pull my eye down, and paint and let go my eye ball fills up with eye liner and I have to wash my eye. what am i doing wrong? When I did it in the past with dried eye liner it didn't do that!How do I use liquid eye linder for under my eye?

usually liquid eyeliner is just for the top


and u would do like a pencil for the bottom eye.
try putting it UNDER ur lash line,





and make small dashes like this - - - -


then get a little make up sponge or something to smudge it together,





it's nearly impossible to make a straight line, the dash trick always works for me

ur pulling ur eye down too much.just a little like a centimeter.but liquid liner works best on the top.i would recommend hottopic eyeliner,it works really well
ur probaly doing it to close inside ur eye maybe u should get a new eyeliner if its cheap but if its not stretch your eye a little and put it real close to ur lower lash line
