well if you using liquid on the top it shouldn't really get in your eyes but if your using it on the bottom maybe its better to try using pencil on the bottom or if u do use liquid on the bottom try keeping it away from your eyes for a while to wait for it to dry.
Don't put liquid eyeliner on your waterline, but put in underneath your waterline, that way it wont get in your waterline and wont hurt your eyes or fade away
You shouldn't really use liquid eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes - its too severe. Stick with a pencil.





When applying liquid eyeliner on top, pull skin taut and apply swiftly.
place your hand on the table top so it is more steady .

You just put it on really easily like you would with the sharpening eye liner..I have never gotten it in my eyes, maybe its just me/you....
