just wondering because i've seen it done before, is it bad? or just harder to do?Is it bad to use liquid eyeliner on your bottom eye lid? ?
i do it every day + my eyes are fine (:
just try not to get it actually in your eye, coz it stings like mad.
aha.Is it bad to use liquid eyeliner on your bottom eye lid? ?
If you're talking about on your waterline, it's a little tricky to use it there because you'd have to hold your lid away from your eye until the liner dries all the way, otherwise you'd end up smearing it all over your eyeball (I've done it, it's no fun, gotta get a q-tip to get it out and ugghhh). If you're talking about underneath your eyelashes, I wouldn't really suggest that because it make such a harsh, defined line, it looks way unnatural and awkward. I really suggest using a pencil on either place. Good luck!
I do it but just don't get it in your eye and dont poke yourself in the eye with the applicator or your eye gets watery and itchy for a bit. It looks really harsh too, not as soft as pencil liner does. But I like it :)
Just more difficult to do, in my experience. I hate liquid eyeliner, I can NEVER get it on right... i always end up with ugly squiggly line. I have respect for any person that can properly apply that stuff, lol
You shouldn't put liquid eyeliner on your inner lid, but putting it over your waterline is fine.
ha! that reminds me tht i did tht once and i blinked and i thought sum1 jabbed me in the eye. i wouldnt recommend it cuz tht hurt!!
idk if its bad, but it might hurt a little and harder to put on
answer mine please

Should i use liquid eye liner? should i apply in the inner rims or outter? which looks better?
i can't decide how to do my eye make up to look great- i'm only 17 so i don't want to use too much %26amp; none of my friends wear alot of eye make up- should i use liquid eye liner on the tops %26amp; should i wear it in the inner rims of my lashes or the outter? i have green eyes but i don't know what eye shadow- i used mauve because i read it brought out green but i didn't like it very much. i just don't know how to do my make up, if anyone can give me a step by step with tips i would love it %26amp; appreciate itShould i use liquid eye liner? should i apply in the inner rims or outter? which looks better?
i think you should use jet black eye liner only on the bottom of your eyes in the inner rims of your eyelashes and stretch it out i cm outside the corner of your eye. then put brownish- goldish eyeshadow on your eyelids. then put a higher concentrated brown on the corner of the lids and smooth it out with the already color on the lids. :]Should i use liquid eye liner? should i apply in the inner rims or outter? which looks better?
put it on the inner rim. don't put it on the top. read the source on bottom for more info!
black liquid liner can look really good on girls. i just put a thin line on my top lids and it can look really cute without looking like you are wearing too much makeup. just DON'T put liquid liner on your bottom lids. girls who do that look like raccoons. here are some pics of good ways to use liquid liner if u want suggestions: :)

no bottom lid
above lid swipe outward give the cat eye effect
If you put it on the outer eye corner your eyes will look bigger
Please don't put liquid eyeliner on your inner rims. Ouch! That cannot be good for your eye, plus it would burn. I put liquid eyeliner on my lid and under my eye, but I would recommend just putting it on top for now (until you get the hang of it). Use thin lines and then open your eye to see what it looks like. Add thickness if you want to. Just practice with the eyeliner before you shower.

a gold eyeshadow would look awesome with your green eyes
use a brown liner liquid or pencil
on the lid follow your lash line
on the bottom go under your lash line
the brown mascara
the brown wont be so harsh you can smudge the liner a bit too for a smokey eye
good eyeshadow colors for you
any thing with gold or pinks
Use liquid eyeliner on your top lid. You can do a very thin line since you don't want to apply to much and just bring it out a little past the end of your lash line. It will look great. Try purple shades for your eyeshadow too. I hear it looks beautiful on green eyes.

If you wear liquid eye liner please answer?
well i just bought brown liquid eye liner from almay i think or avon but i have school tomorow and i want to be able to get it off i don't have eye makeup remover so will it come off by 7:00 am tomorow morning thanxIf you wear liquid eye liner please answer?
If you just wash your face like you normally do it should come off.
If it doesn't, just take some lotion and q-tip and that should work. Just be careful to not get it in your eye.If you wear liquid eye liner please answer?
Liquid eyeliner comes off so much easier that a pencil basically all you have to do is take a wet q-tip or cotton swab and giver a scrub i also have the almay liquid liner and it comes off great with just water
Yea it will most likely come off.
Or just wash your face with soap and wipe your eyes with a tisssue.
=]
don't worry! put some moisturiser on a piece of cotton and remove liner gently then wash your face well, it is over
Steam your face then soak it in water. Dry and remove the rest with towel.
Do you have baby oil at your house.??
That works magic. It'll do the trick.
:)
use moisturiser or vaseline. Anything with grease will lift it
Wash it off with hot water. Or just use soap, just be careful.
take a shower.
wash yoru face with water , and soap , and scrub .. (: thats what i doo

N.Y.C liquid eye liner sucks bad but it's the only liquid eye liner I got right now any tips to apply?
Because it's a little brush it's not like a pen.Gr..any tips on how to apply it then?N.Y.C liquid eye liner sucks bad but it's the only liquid eye liner I got right now any tips to apply?
oh i hate that kind too. i had to use that before so i just put a lot on and i kept putting it on over and over. Then i just used a q-tip to fix it when it all dryed.
Hope that helps.N.Y.C liquid eye liner sucks bad but it's the only liquid eye liner I got right now any tips to apply?
the brushes r way better then pens!
get a tissue and wipe off all the eyeliner and then put the brush in a little bit of eyeliner on the tissue so theres not ALOT of eyeliner on the brush and use it how u normally do, or if u have some old liquid eyeliner use them pens with the NYC eyeliner
I really do not like liquid liner because it sticks to your eyelashes and often becomes goopy and chunky. But if you're applying it to your top lids, hold your hand and the brush above your eye, then slowly and steadily move the liner from the beginning of your lashline to about 1/6 of an inch past the end. Try to get as close to your lashes as possible.
Peace %26amp; Love,
Keesha
Start from the middle of ur eyelid klose to ur lids as possible.
Move towards the inner korner first. start a lil thiker and go thinner as u go towards the korner.
Now taper it to the outer korner a lil past the lash line, maybe about 1/10 th'; or as it suits u.
I like it a lik thiker in the middle tapering outwards.
Take a lil at a time, dont overload the brush. Dip it in liner liquid, tapping on the bottle edge, it'll be neater that way!

Is Liquid eye liner any good? is it bettr then the one on the stik?
I like it better because it stays on longer then pencils. Maybelline's Ultra Liner lasts long, but can flake if you rub your eyes.Is Liquid eye liner any good? is it bettr then the one on the stik?
It depends on the brand. I really like it because it lasts longer, doesn't smear or smudge and makes your eyes stand out more. But for your water line I prefer a Kohl or pencil liner. Is Liquid eye liner any good? is it bettr then the one on the stik?
I like it because it doesn't run or smudge, but it tends to flake off and look a bit messy :/.
I think it is. It lasts a lot longer and it looks more intense.

Purple liquid eye liner?
I have purple eye liner, and I know that certain colors make your eyes pop if they are brown or green. My eyes are hazel, so they have a bit of green, and brown in them.
Which will the color purple do, make the green or brown stand out?Purple liquid eye liner?
I wouldn't do purple, I would do plum. There is a big difference. I would also try a deep bronze as well.Purple liquid eye liner?
i have hazel eyes too and i love using my HIP eye liner that comes with a lil brush and pot, and its like a teal color and makes my eyes look amazing
http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/#p鈥?/a>
purple eyeliner is so dark that from far away it looks like black but up close there is only a minimal difference it makes you look a little softer than i hard black line-gothic look....but def dont try green thats just too clown-like
GREEN
its amazing!!!!!
only use color eyeliner is you are under the age of 15blond hair

What is the BEST liquid eye liner from drugstores? something that doesnt look glossy! eassy 10 points :)?
so im thinking of getting the revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner in carbon black... i just dont want anything that GLOSSY and SUPER SUPER BLACK... and somthing long lasting and smudge proof... is the revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner glossy?
thankssWhat is the BEST liquid eye liner from drugstores? something that doesnt look glossy! eassy 10 points :)?
Revlon Color Stay is the best liquid liner i have ever tried. I have tried every single kind drug store and high end but i always go back to revlon color stay. What is the BEST liquid eye liner from drugstores? something that doesnt look glossy! eassy 10 points :)?
I personally like the perfect point plus eyeliner by covergirl. It's not liquid but it's one of the twisty kind.
It's not a pencil, so it doesn't pull, or tug at your eyelids, it glides smooth, and it twists up so you don't have to sharpen it. I also love that it has a smudger on the end so you can smudge the line so it is a bit softer and not as bold. My favorite colors are charcoal and espresso. Charcoal is black, but it has grey mixed in so it isn't as black which is what you said you wanted. I have use the revlon colorstay liquid eyeliner and I myself hate it. Overall it's just not a good product. it smudged really really bad and was incredibly glossy, it always looked like it was still wet.
I don't like liquid eyeliner, but the best one I have found is the covergirl line exact eyeliner. most of them get flaky but this one stays on all day. and it doesn't smudge as bad.
I hope this helps you :)

Loreal Lineur intense in carbon black. Get the one in the black/silver packaging, NOT GOLD! I've heard that Max factor and maybelline's define a line work well.
Currently I'm using Revlon Colorstay's PENCIL and I like it ok. It has an odd consistency, but so far it stays on well =) YAY for no smudging!
well, I will tell you the truth, I use the liquid eye liner from Avon! It works great and if I'm not mistaken, it's cheaper! Why don't you try to find someone who sells Avon and get a book, their make-up is good. But if you insist on getting it from a drug store, I would choose Cover girll!
Revlon Colorstay I like this liquid eyeliner. the black color is rally black. the felt tip pen is good too. i can line my eyes easily with this one. price is okay too.
however, after a few months, the black ink isn't really black anymore.
i dont know if i prefer this or L'oreal Super Liner. overall, a good product
After spending $20+ for years on eyeliner, now I use by Wet N Wild and it's great. I would say try the Revlon, because it's very inexpensive, and if you don't like it, you can return it.

Preferably something from the mall. I'm too far gone for drugstore stuff.
I would like something that goes on w/ a twist out applicator but I'm open to suggestions...thanks!Can someone recommend a good liquid/cream eye shadow?

It's very hard to find a cream eye shadow that doesn't crease on the market. This one is no doubt the best one I have found so far. It gives you a silky finish and it's water resistant as well!
Here are 6 additional new colors as well!

Is wearing liquid eyeliner (on the top of my eye) too much makeup for school?
im going back to school and i was wondering if wearing that would be considered to much makeup. no eyeshadow, or mascara.
maybe some lipgloss if i feel like it.
im 14.
is it too much?Is wearing liquid eyeliner (on the top of my eye) too much makeup for school?
no, but only if u make sure it is a nice thin, natural line. thick is too much (for school).
and lip gloss only would be nice with it, but i would recommend some mascara to go with it as well though... because if you are taking all that time with eyeliner and stuff, u might as well use mascara which is the ultimate basic. just use a natural looking black/brown mascara for school. i use l'oreal bare naturale in black/brown. its really good!
hope this helps,
oliviaIs wearing liquid eyeliner (on the top of my eye) too much makeup for school?
stfu really eyeliner too much get the **** out of here GROW UP and ask a real question
nope..
just dont do it too think your only 14 let it enhance your beuty
its made to make your eyelashes look fuller.
so make it to wear it looks natural.!
also try mascara a natural looking but makes ur eyes pop mascara like covergirl exact eyelights or loreal telescopic!
oh god no :D
no i think thats fine just dont make your eyes look like a raccoon :)
That is nothing... :)
I used to wear kohl pencil eyeliner, only on the top lids, but i actually found that that was more dramatic than a thin liquid line because the pencil smudged on my tiny asian eye crease :(. Make sure that the line is very close to the lashline and very smooth and even, bascially just tryng to fill in the gaps between each lash. Takes some practise, but you'll get there! Wear lipgloss and mascara too if you like, thats what i wear :)
no, it wouldnt be a lot. just dont put it on too thick.
No, it should be fine. Just keep it light or you can just to a thin line. Play around with winging out your eyeliner a little to make it cute and playful. Hope this helps and good luck!
Oh, not even close!
Make sure you can apply the liner properly or else don't wear it at all. A little mascara is okay but if you don't want to use that yet then curling your lashes will give more of a pop!
Keep lips moisturized with chapstick.
it depends on how thick u apply it if u wear too much yes but if u wear a nice thin line of it it will look goooooooood
no, im 15 and i do it. but the trick is, make the eyeliner as thin as possible. it will still be noticable, but it wont be too overbearing or too heavy.
Not at all! Just don't line to thick, but I really do recommend wearing mascara to complete the look. Mascara will open your eyes, and make you look more awake, and for school you want that, because I don't really bother with eyeliner, I just apply mascara and I'm done, because if I don't I'll look really tired.
thats is so nOT too much!! u will look fine, dont put it on TOO thick, and maybe evn try eyeliner pencil for a softer look. its okay if u try eyeshadow. do go with lip gloss. then u'll be perfect. do wat u think is best for u and experiment on yourself before school starts so u know whicj look(s) suit u and fit u best!!!!
It is NOT too much. I would even call it very minimal.
no...not at all
Usually not, and even with eyeshadow and mascara, if done tastefully it's fine. I'm sure it looks lovely (:
No, if you are wearing a good foundation, it should give you a nice and healthy look-
nope not if you just do a thin line
no it's fine just not too thick
noooo! i wear it with mascara and it looks fine, as long as you dont put tooo thick of a line on!
Nope. Thats actually a big plus in my school. Alot of girls wear it here. Just on the top and then pencil on the bottom. I have a friend that does that, with black eyeshadow. And then sparkles around the eyes with lipgloss. She is so pretty!
no just make sure you dont put it on TOO thick !!!
no i dont think so, ive worn it every day since the start of year nine, and all through year ten and my school is very strict. as long as its not winged out to your eyebrows and super thick it should be fine. just tone down the rest of your makeup aswell :)
I don't think it's too much. LOL. I wear more than that on a daily basis.
You're fine!
It sounds ok, just put a thin line and only on the top.
Also, son't do bright colored lipgloss. Natural make up is prettier.
Not at all!
I think it would be too much to wear it alone, like without mascara, it looks to harsh, but with just a touch of mascara I think it's fine ^_^
girl, its just ONE makeup product youre wearing on a daily basis. not 10.
:)
absolutely not as long as u don't put it on too thick
Liquid eye liner is too much for day.
The only time a girl needs that much make-up is if she's on a stage, hon.
maybe some lipgloss if i feel like it.

thats is so nOT too much!! u will look fine, dont put it on TOO thick, and maybe evn try eyeliner pencil for a softer look. its okay if u try eyeshadow. do go with lip gloss. then u'll be perfect. do wat u think is best for u and experiment on yourself before school starts so u know whicj look(s) suit u and fit u best!!!!
Is Liquid Eyeliner a good idea inside the eye?
Ok,im having problems using liquid eyeliner like inside my eye..All my friends use it..But when i put it,it starts itching and burning..Is Liquid Eyeliner a good idea inside the eye?
If this helps,
I find that liquid eyeliner makes my eyes really dry and itchy and when I make a certain face it cracks and has a grey color to it if it's dry (The black kind). I don't reccomend using liquid eyeliner because it is kind of uncomfortable and doesn't look black either. And it's not about what your friends use, they might not fell the same way about this as you. So I think that you should just use pencil eyeliner.
Hope this helps. Is Liquid Eyeliner a good idea inside the eye?
it's not a very good idea.
it can come off in your eye faster and easier than normal.
and pencil can go on better, but it will come off sooner.
i suggest the kind you twist. it's the best for inside the eye.
and maybe you're allergic to something in it.
well if its doing that. then this eyeliner may not be for you and also liquid eyeliner is not for the inside of the eye, only the outside
Liquid eyeliner is for outside the eye.

Watch that!
all your friends use it on the inside of their eyes? you should use pencil for inside closer to the eye while using the liquid liner for your top lids.
hell no, don't put that stuff inside your eyes. you can seriously damage them. stick with regular pencil eyeliner.
I use an eye pencil to line the insides. If it itches or burns stop using it! No point in getting all bloodshot, that won't look good.
Use the liquid liner on the outside, and for the inside use a stick. Trust me it looks better.
yes, it can cause an infection in your eye.
nooo never use liquid inside the eye!!! it gets in your eye. always use pencil

How do you do the smokey eye look without using liquid liner?
Use regular eyeliner and a sponge applicator (like what you'd use to apply your foundation). Use the corner of it to smudge your eyeliner. Fan up and out. That way you have a darker bottom, but the top it towards your crease is lighter...it's more balanced that way.How do you do the smokey eye look without using liquid liner?
First of all, line your eyes with a brown or black pencil, Then following that line take a powder shadow in the same color and go back over the penciled line. Then take a q-tip and smudge it until it is spread out evenly. Last apply black mascara and while its wet and run a blow dryer over your eyes. Now you have the smokey-eye-look!How do you do the smokey eye look without using liquid liner?
Line your upper lid with a pencil and smudge it with your fingertips.
you can get the smokey look from gray or dark shadow and pencil eye liner.
JUST USE BLACK OR GRAY PENCIL EYELINER DRAW IT ON REALLY THICK THEN SMUDGE IT WITH YOUR FINGERS....MAKES A PERFECT SMOKEY LOOK!!
bronze under your eye after you apply liner then a bit on your lid to create the smoky look
i usually use a dark eye shadow.. like a dark gray or black. just use a makeup brush.you can try to line your eyes with it. it works pretty well.
also if you go to maccosmetics.com it gives you intructions on different looks!! try it out!
you can blend 2 colours like a darker and lighter shade of the eyesadow. for example a light blue and a grey which could help you to have the smoky look.
im really good at doing this
firts u need a sparkly black eyeshadow, white eyeshadow, gray and gold eye shadow
put on ur black eyeliner
then with a small brush with the black 1 do the corner of your eyes brush goin out not going towards the nose obv then
with the gray eyehasdow u put that on the lower middle part of the eye lid
the white goes on the brow bone right under the eye brow
the gold goes on the top
the key is mixing colors
good luck!
You can get the smokey look by just applying a light gray or gray to your lid then using a brush (not an eyeshadow applicator)to blend a darker gray or just a darker color to the upper part of your lid.
Good luck!
use a dark eyeliner color on the top lid of ur eyelid. draw a light kinny line on the top of ur eye lid. After that, use a q-tip o blend it in with whatever eyeshadow ur wearing. Mascara also helps.

How to put on liquid eye liner?
i am new this make up thing and need some Girly girls...Lolz
i can use some help..How to put on liquid eye liner?
1. Grab your E.L and make sure its not to clumpy.
2. *if you need help rest your elbows over the bench or wherever and also put you pinky below th eye (it works for me)
3. for beginners, keep trying, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!:)
4. only apply to your top lids when you get better at it you can try down below:)
enjoy:)How to put on liquid eye liner?
Ever used a pencil eyeliner before? If so, it's very similar, you just don't have to press hard. Use one hand to gently tug the lid taut, and trace as close to the lash line as you can, otherwise you'll get that raccoon look. It might go on fairly light for the first coat, wait for it to dry and then apply the second coat and you might apply an eyeshadow primer between coats, so when you put on the actual eyeshadow, it doesn't sprinkle onto the liner. Trace a thin line in the center and thicken it as you reach the outer edges. A very tiny slight cat-eyed look is cute. just don't exaggerate it. Have fun! Eyeliner is awesome! And always make sure that you have a good eyemakeup remover to remove it, otherwise leaving it on can cause your eyelashes to thin out.
It is most important to keep your hand steady. Sit down at a table with a mirror in front of you. Make sure that you are comfortable and have your elbow on the table to keep your hand steady. Start on the top from the inside corner of your eye and paint the eyeliner to the outside. Keep it just above your lashes. Then do the bottom lid. Draw the line a little away from the corner so that your eyes will look larger. Then drawer the line to the outside of the eye. You may have to try a few times and experiment to see how it looks. Make sure you don't get any eyeliner in your eye. You can put a small dot of white eyeshadow in the corner of your eye. It is supposed to make your eyes look brighter.
1. make sure concealer and shadow has already been applied
2. dip all excess eyeliner off the wand and onto the edge of the bottle to avoid goopiness
3. gently hold down your eye by its lashes and apply a very thin layer of liquid liner to the edge of the eyelid
4. keep your eye closed for about 1 minute or so, in order for the eyeliner to dry
5. repeat

Hi Ru,
I saw I was too late to answer your contact question, so I use this open question to do that.
First of all...contacts are basically not good for your eyes. They hinder the availability of oxygene and increase the risk of infections. You can reduce these risks in various ways:
1. combine your contacts with glasses and wear those when you don't need your contacts (when you're at home just watching tv or work behind the computer for example) or when your eyes feel a little tired.
2. use one-day contacts, which you throw away after every use, this reduces the risk of infections a lot. What you shouldn't do is wearing those 24/7, so put them out before sleeping to give your eyes a break.
Your eyes need more oxygene then they get from the blood. They take it from the air and contacts reduce their availability to get it. Contacts allow a certian amount of air to get through them. However, over time they become more solid from proteins and other material from your eyes and you can't clean that away! Therefore it is better for your eyes to use monthly contacts then for example half yearly contacts, let a lone year contacts.
Sorry I am not a help regarding eye liners !
a great (and cheap!!!) eyeliner i use that shows up very nice is the millan eyeliner pencil in true black. it come on soo smoothly and easily instead of cheesy eyeliner you have to force on. its only about $4.50 in U.S. and a very good liquid is wet n' wild. it comes on and if it gets in your eye it doesnt burn.. which is very rare because it stays on so good. idk the price though its very cheap though. you can find both of these at cvs or other drug stores.
good luck
I like Ulta's liquid black shimmer (glitter) eyeliner.. but its NOT waterproof if u wanna wear it to a pool or anything. I just bought this one. I like MAC's eyeliner pencils too they last me a pretty good while.
hmm.... rimmel- jet black eyeliner( pencil) u can find it pretty much any makeup store...ddrugstore..etc
good luck
i know more...if u email me i can help( daddyslittle.girl223@yahoo.com )...good luk

You can see the color isn't right on the surface of a cat's eye- what is that layer and is it solid or liquid?
If you look at a cat's eye from the side, you can see the pupil and iris aren't right on the surface of the eye, but are covered by a rounded layer. Is that layer solid or liquid, and evolutionarily, what is it for?You can see the color isn't right on the surface of a cat's eye- what is that layer and is it solid or liquid?
';This small chamber is called the anterior chamber. This chamber is filled with a clear fluid called aqueous humor. This fluid is produced by the ciliary body and nourishes the eye while helping to maintain its shape. This fluid is continually produced and drained from the eye.';
I hope this answers your questionYou can see the color isn't right on the surface of a cat's eye- what is that layer and is it solid or liquid?
Is your cats eye(s) look like a milky white color? This could indicate that your cat is either blind in that eye or going blind. No matter what it is, I strongly suggest you take it to the vet and have it checked. Cats, like people are hard to diagnos sometimes.
Best of luck to you and your cat. May the two of you have a lifelong friendship together!

Can u apply liquid eye liner on the bottom of your eyes?
You can but if it's not done softly and smudge out it gives a very harsh look that isn't usually considered pretty, for character creation we'd normally call that the ';hooker'; look. You cannot apply it to the inner rim of the eye unless it's a waterproof because it will bleed into the eye. If you'd like to use a liquid eyeliner on the bottom of your eyes try dotting it where the bottom lashes meet the skin almost as if you are drawing onto those lashes and then take a slightly damp pointed q-tip to smudge the dots together. Also, this is a spot on your eyes where eyeliner tends to run so try and set it with a shadow that has a bit of pearl effect to it but is about the same color. If you don't have a matching shadow then pat a little pale shimmery eyeshadow over top of it to set it and bring light to the area. Can u apply liquid eye liner on the bottom of your eyes?
Sure you can but its not recommended unless you have a super steady hand. Liquid eye liner can be tricky and very messy. Can u apply liquid eye liner on the bottom of your eyes?
I tried once.
It didn't work out too good.
It kept getting in my eye and it was pretty much nasty
I deffinately wouldn't try it again
I'll just stick to pencil, kthx.
of course you can. just don't go to close to your eye ;) but i would say don't put any liner on the bottom of your eyes. just some on the top. it makes you look more fresh without any on the bottom. more open and young. that's my opinion. i hope it helps!
If you try to on the inside itll burn so bad! But like by your lashes is ok, i do it all the time!
Yes, most definitely. It makes a steady hand and a little practice.
Try using an eyeliner pencil for awhile so you can get used to the technique, then practice with the liquid liner until you can apply it flawlessly.
Having some gentle eye makeup remover on hand is very helpful, too, in case of accidents. Good luck! ♥
Yes of course you can
Yeah you can but I think it's very unattractive...it so dark and if you start to sweat or get water or something on your face...it will run down and look nasty. it's also hard to get off.
well first of all do u have contacts? if so i dont recommend using liquid eyeliner as it can really sting because i have contacts ys u can put eyeliner anywhere on your eye on the bottom on the top but not liquid if u have contacts. If not it takes a lot of practice because the pressure u apply and the liquid can get in your eyes can burn I reccomment the thin avon eyeliners they work amazing and your eyes look clean and sharp.
yea but it burns like hell..So just dont get it in your eyes
mhm.
:]
that would be difficult and messy. try a pencil. Guerlain makes a great pencil
It's possible, but very tricky. I would recommend a dry pencil. If you get one that matches your liquid liner shade, it won't be noticeable that you're wearing two different kinds.
Definitely don't put liquid liner on the inner rims of your eyes, it's too wet and will smear!
yes mam you can.
Yeah but pencil is way easier and less messy
You can But its tricky try a little eye liner i would go with a brown.
Egyptian Angle
Ya you can. just be careful. Trust me, it herts if you get it in your eye!
yes
Yes but make sure you keep it just below your lash line. It can look kinda harsh if it's in black (very sixties) but nice in electric colours.
Yes, but since you don't really want a sharp line under your eyes (trust me, it just looks bad), it is better to go with a pencil so you can have a softer, smudgy line. Plus, having liquid liner under the eye leaves you open to some eye irritation, and smearing and running.
You can, but why would you want to, wearing eyeliner and mascara under your eyes is very aging in a bad way.

How do you put on liquid eye liner top and bottom?
use lipuid eyeliner for definate lines. keep ur hand steady and the thinnest part of the line should be an the inner corners and to soften the effect use a slightly lighter coloured eye shadow underneath or use pencil eyeliner. remember dont drag your skin aound your eyes because its very delicate so be gentle. How do you put on liquid eye liner top and bottom?
I like using liquid only on top (mod look). You do have to be careful with applying and maybe if you make a mistake, you can keep some q-tips on hand. How do you put on liquid eye liner top and bottom?
It's possible but a bit difficult. It will take some practice hun. Remember to pull your bottom lid away from your eye and use the tip of the liquid pen to lightly line the lid. If liquid gets in your eye, it will burn. If you aren't up to it, use a pencil eyeliner. They work just as well. I use liquid for the top and pencil for the bottom. Good luck!
I've never used liquid, it's always been way to difficult for me. I stick with pencil. Sorry.

And how do I cure this? She tried washing her eyes, but it burns a lot when she washes it and she tried eyedrops. So far it's still red...please help I feel bad for her.A blister removal liquid got in my mom's eye at work today. Will she be okay?
What I learned in science courses is when a chemical splashes into the eyes, the person needs to put their eyes in a lot of running water for a very long period of time.
If the eyes are still red, then you should get this checked by a doctor as soon as possible. If left untreated, this could lead to a very serious problem.blond hair

Which eye liner should be used for Marylin Monroe alike make up: Liquid one or just regular pencil eye liner?
And should I use eye shadows too?Which eye liner should be used for Marylin Monroe alike make up: Liquid one or just regular pencil eye liner?
Straight liquid liner is a BIT too harsh, but you want the precise, yet creamy color.
To this, get a liner shadow / shadow liner from bareMinerals (or anywhere else; but they have the best ones) and create a paste in the lid with a drop of water. Mix with an angled liner brush and apply.
You should probably use only an eyeshadow base, and possibly a deeper color to contour.Which eye liner should be used for Marylin Monroe alike make up: Liquid one or just regular pencil eye liner?
Yes, Liquid. It gives a more precise elegant look. Although if you are not to good with liquid draw the line on with pencil as a template then go over with liquid.
yeah
u dont need eye shadow ever.
i think liquid is better to stay,,but any way both are good
liquid eyeliner!
line the lash line with black liquid liner sloping downward. once the liner has dried. false strip lashes are glued right on natural lashes. for this look , strip lashes are pushed down at the ends while drying for that sleepy eye look. apply black mascara to top and bottom lashes.medium brown powder eyeshadow is applied to the crease of the eyelid and blended well. then white frosted powder eyeshadow is blended onto the lid and browbone, sweeping outward and downward. using a thing eyeshadow brush, draw a line under the eye, starting where the lashes begin. slide the brush away from the inner eye, sloping downward past outer lashes. rosey pink powder blush is swept onto cheeks with a brush.lips are lined in a red flesh-toned lip pencil, then filled in. follow with true red lip color, blot, re-apply, and blot again. follow with clear red gloss in the center of bottom lip, using your fingertip or for more accuracy a lip brush. as a final touch, use a black pencil or liquid liner to make a beauty mark on the cheek.
there's the whole thing!

Right i know this may sound stupid but i've tried many different ways of putting liquid eye liner on!?
so i need to know, what is the trick to puttin liquid eye liner on?Right i know this may sound stupid but i've tried many different ways of putting liquid eye liner on!?
I love liquid eye liner, but it is hard to put it on ourselves. I find the best way is that if i look straight in the mirror without my eye angle shifting, tilt my jaw up a little with my eye still focusing on the same spot in the original position before i tilt my jaw up.
Then draw the line in one go, i know pulling the edge of your eye slightly is always tempting in drawing the line, but with liquid eye liner it just doesnt work. You gotta draw it excatly the way it's gonna stay. Then wait till it dries before moving the eyes around.
So Good luck tryin...
Practise makes perfect.. trust me... it'd only be easier and easier if u keep practising :)Right i know this may sound stupid but i've tried many different ways of putting liquid eye liner on!?
YOU NEED A STEADY HAND!!
try reasting your elbows on a surface
i put a thin line on my top lid next to my eye lash and then i put pencil on my lower lid. you just need 2 experiment find the way that's easiest 4 you good luck %26lt;333

Eye sensitive to touch, liquid and looking down?
When I was cleaning yesterday, it felt like a strand of hair got in my right eye but not the case and I could not see anything evident. Took out my right contact and started rinsing my eye. Tried to put contact back in a few hours later and eye started burning profusely. Contact back out. Pronounced eye pain reaction to touch or water or eye wash. This morning when I look up or to either side, everything seems to be fine but when I look down, there is discomfort. Any thoughts?Eye sensitive to touch, liquid and looking down?

How do u get liquid eyeliner to meet at the eye lash?
I have just started to wear liquid eyeliner and i cant seem to get it right to the base of the eyelash as my eyelashes get in the way, what can i do to get it to meet so i don't get a gap.
thanksHow do u get liquid eyeliner to meet at the eye lash?
go to youtube then search for ';how to apply liquid eyeliner';, there's a video instructions there. How do u get liquid eyeliner to meet at the eye lash?
After you have applied it use the tip to dot in the gaps
i can only do liquid eyeliner if i put liner pencil on first and then put the liquid over. i think its because its easier to follow the line!
Liquid eyeliner should only be used above the top lashes. It is best to use a pencil or eyeshadow under the lower lashes. For a more dramatic look, use a colored kohl pencil above and below lashes and follow with a black liquid liner on the top. It will make your lashes appear darker and will stay on all day. A dark eye liner highlights the shape of your eyes and deepens the look. Softly line with eyeliner pencil, draw a thin line along lashes next to roots.

I've been doing liquid eyeliner for years and its sooo easy but probably did struggle at first, do it before you put on mascara so your eyelashes arent in the way and lean your hnd on your cheek and just get a really good and close line to your eyelashes, you have to use quite a thin brush though that makes it easier because to go back over it if you have missed bits.
put your finger on the outside of your eye %26amp; pull

so it's easier to put it on. use a regular Pencil eyeliner first
that way you can get close %26amp; it's good as a guideline .

I wear liquid eyeliner all the time and theres a knack to doing it.
When applying it - try and put your little finger in to your cheek and you should get it right
i use normal pencil first and then liquid over the top! i also use Boujoir felt tip pen eyeliner! same as liquid and a hell of a lot easier to use!!!
all it takes is a little practice then you wont believe how you couldnt do it before!
lift it high so it touches your lids from behind your lashes DO NOT STRETCH it will misshape, wrinkle and flake the line. youre not putting mascara on first are you lol? practice

Apply liquid eye liner in a good way??
hey I like the way the old movie stars apply eye liner in a old hollywood way .How can I copy it?Apply liquid eye liner in a good way??
I am a make up artist and here are some tips.
what you need:
eye liner brush
eyeliner
mascara
It takes alot of practice to get that perfect line or just to use the eyeliner itself. I like to put liquid eye liner on with a brush its easier. Then after you apply the eye liner(should only be at the top to get the good look) make sure its completely dry. The apply mascara.
If you doing the whole look start with eyeshadow
Shape and define your eyes with eyeliner after you've applied eye shadow and before applying mascara. Whether you choose a soft line or a dramatic stroke, eyeliner draws attention.
First, close one eye and gently tug and hold the outer edge of the eye taut with your left hand. With your right hand (lefties, vice-versa), using short strokes, line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner, using a slight upward sweep at the outer corner. The upward point gives the illusion of gradually longer lashes (after curling and mascara, of course).
To steady a shaky hand when you want to apply a liquid liner, standing close to a mirror helps. Stand close to the mirror and allow the back of your hand to gently touch the mirror. This steadies the hand while you are applying the liner!
Hope that helps.Apply liquid eye liner in a good way??
I adore liquid eyeliner! It just takes MUCH practice to get it perfect! Keep Vaseline (the best make-up remover EVER!) and Q-tips near, and you should be fine!!
hehehhe, I LIVE FOR LIQUID EYELINER...lol, well I would look closely at an upclose of the look that you are trying to create, make sure you are perpared for trial and error though, it takes time to master a makeup style.
start with a good liner. i prefer the new wild n crazy liquid (its cheap, but it has a stiffer brush than most and that helps get a better line.) then even though most magazines say start outward, i find it a lot easier to start at the inside corner and move outward. don't try to do it in one motion. make a thin line from the inside to about the middle of your eye. then make a thicker line from the middle to the outside, making a small check mark once u pass your eye this creates a ';cat eye'; effect.

Can i make liquid eye liner?
i need liquid eye liner and i dont have time to buy it right now. can i make it?Can i make liquid eye liner?
well there's this thing called Liquif-eye at Sephora by Too Faced.
it works really well.
you can buy it with the palette or without:
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>
without:
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>
you can also use one of your eye shadows as eye liner. just dip an eyeliner brush in water, dip it in the eye shadow, and apply like eye liner.
:]Can i make liquid eye liner?
i don't know if you can make it, but what i do if im in a money crunch is this: when applying the mascara, i go all the way to the base of my eyelashes where it meets the eyelid and kind of rub (gently!) it leaves a little of the mascara on the eyelid where eyeliner would be. Be extra careful that you dont rub it too hard or it will get in your eye and it hurts like H**L
Ermm it'd be pretty hard and easier to buy it if you don't have the time to buy one then your probably don't have the time to tit about making it so i'd try a really thin brush and then black eyeshadow :)
Or you could use a cream eyeshadow:
Cover the brush in cream eyeshadow and then cover the same brush in black eyeshadow :)
yes u can make it.
You need a little water, black polished powder and some RESTORE ACTION chemical.
You first mix the water and the black polished powder and then mix that with the chemical and we......
make a eye liner !!!!!
:)
Melt your eyeliner pencil with a lighter of black eyeshadow and a little bit of water.
i wouldnt, but you can use black eyeshadow and use that?
hahahah..never heard of making ur own eyeliner..
just go to wal mart or something and buy one..much
easier than making it.
yes but its not sanitary. get wet n wild for a buck at the $ store

How to use/apply a liquid eye liner?
whats a good inexpensive brand? How to use/apply a liquid eye liner?
When you use liquid eyeliner you apply it in a different manner as when you use pencil eyeliner. Instead of drawing solid line, you do more of a line of closely spaced dashes like this --------. Drawing a solid line makes it look very harsh. You can then take a same colored eyeshadow and apply it over top of the liquid to complete the look. I like one that L'oreal makes...it's like a felt tip pen and is MUCH easier to control than a tiny little brush on a wand. Hope this helps.

try to hold ur eye open or get some 1 else to do it ....i use it all the time.....it looks kool
Try a pen applicator to start, like Cover Girl. You'll get better at it.
Liquid eye liners also come in form of a pen-tip.Try something like that instead of using a liner with a brush. Almay is one of the companies that carries this kind of a product.
Try to keep your eyes open and practice keeping your hands steady. Work on a bit of your eye at a time. When you get used to it, you will be able to work on your whole eye at once.
It helps if u place your finger to the end of your eyelid and pull the skin taut. It gives u better control on where the eye-liner goes. If that doesn't work try gettin the semi-liquid form that comes shaped like a pen. It's easier to apply
I'm horrible with most liquid eyeliner, but i got this eyeline pin from avon and it's great and so much easier for me to use. Also another tip, always keep q-tips close, that way when you mess up you can correct it with that. Check out my webpage for the eyeliner pen.

very carefully.....just joking.....it works best if you make tiny little dots across lashline instead of an actual line...also make sure your elbow is resting on the counter helps to keep you steady....good luck
With a lot of patients and practise.
trial and error!
get up close to the mirror....
in a VERY good light
i find pulling my eye-lid skin taut makes it way neater
make sure you dont blink too much afterwards to avoid smudging.
have a make wipe close to make corrections
draw a line across the top eyelid as close to the lashes as possible,, it doesnt matter how thick..
then use a cotton bud with a tiny bit of makeup remover on it and push the eyeliner down towards the lashes,, and make a thin line across the eye the gradually gets thicker,, you can even add a flick at the side of your eye . easy!
X
It's easier if you shut one eye and then pull back towards your ear so the surface is flat.
Sephora has a really nice easy one to use that makes a thin line for the classic look or a thicker one if you push down.
Ahh..the good old liquid eye liner.
It's really hard!!
I've heard a bunch of different techniques but the best way is to practice a bunch when you're not going anywhere important, and keep a giant bottle of eye make-up remover handy!
My personal favorite is pulling the eyelid tight and slowly but steadily making a quick black line. For a more dramatic look, you can do a slight Egyptian looking eye.
Another way is to draw three dots, one at the inner corner of your eye, another in the middle, and one on the outer corner, then connect the dots. Personally, I've never tried this but it might be worth a shot.
Another way I've heard is to keep your eye OPEN when you are applying it, and just do a straight line.
Try all three ways and see which works for you..and then practice like crazy, it's the only way!!
Good luck!
You just have to keep on practising im afraid!
there are som egood answers here already , the cotton bud tip is great always handy to have for eye makeup, but the best thing i learnt was if at all possible have a surface in front of you whilst loking inthe mirror and rest your elbow on it, failing that , take the palm of your other handand rest the heel of the applying hand on it then do it.
the best advice is to ttry a few and see what works for you as there are several ways but its what you can manage
depending on your age it works to pull your eye lid taught even if only for applying the inner corner i try to do it in one qiuck line but im too chicken sometimes if im in a hurry its often better to actually slow down a little just for those few seconds......i personally pull the lid tight and start at the inner corner ( cos i find it the trickiest bit ) and draw to the middlethen change the angle of the hand and draw form the midlle line to the outer edges.
good luck.
the best kind of eyeliner to get is one that feels firm just like a felt tip pen, avoid using one that has soft brissles. Then get a mirror that you can place at eye level on a table (you can put it on top of some books) so you can see yourself in it. then place your elbow on the table, this will give you a straight line, tilt your head back slightly and lower you eye lids and apply your line starting from the outer corner of you eye. good luck!!!

I have never been able to.
PRACTICE %26amp; PATICENCE, AND YOU STILL MEES UP SOMETIMES. HAHA. HAVE EYE MAKEYP REMOVER CLOSE BY! GOOD LUCK
practise!!
Kohl pencil looks better anyway.
I'm so sorry to say this, but I think eyeliner makes girls, women look 'hard' I think its the most unflattering bit of make-up kit that anyone ever owned! (Myself I wouldnt be seen dead in it!)
I feel I much prefer a natural look. If we'd been meant to have black lines all around our eyes then God wouldv tatooed them on before we were born!!

Whats wrong with natural and a hint of mascara?
Mind u, I even have doubts on that.(mascara)..when I was younger I never wore it and I had really long eyelashes that other girls were really quite envious of (even tho I say it myself lol) I never wore any make-up then or until I was about 30.
Since starting to wear make-up, my skin appearance worsened, my eyes have sunk, my eyelashes are really thin and stragly and my eyebrows have never looked right now the tweezers have been let loose on them!!

the best hint is to make sure you pull the eyelid out - and make sure your elbow is leaning on a hard surface ;) one quick movement you should be fine

very carefully.....just joking.....it works best if you make tiny little dots across lashline instead of an actual line...also make sure your elbow is resting on the counter helps to keep you steady....good luck

What treatments can I use if I sprayed sunscreen into my eye. It is burning and pouring liquid.?
The liquid is your natural body fluids, trying to flush the sunscreen out of your eye. It'll do it well, but you can also splash codl tap water. The water will help the flushing and the cold will sooth the burning. What treatments can I use if I sprayed sunscreen into my eye. It is burning and pouring liquid.?
Flush with copious amounts of water, and you may want to see a doctor about it just to make sure there's no damage.

Liquid eye liner....is it bad for your eyes?
I have been wearing liquid eye liner daily for years. The only thing is i put it across my top lid and then along the bottom. Is this bad for my eyes? Sometimes i can slip and a little bit of it does go into my eye but is easily removed with a bit of tissue and care and it doesn't hurt anymore due to the length of time i have been using it. None the less, is this damaging my eyes and will it effect my sight in years to come?Liquid eye liner....is it bad for your eyes?
I have used liquid eyeliner on the top and under eyes for 30 years.I have never had any problems. As with any make up especially around the eye area be gentle when removing.I have always used niva cream.I'm 45 with absolutely no wrinkles around my eyes.I have great vision I don't wear any glasses at all .Liquid eye liner....is it bad for your eyes?
Contrary to what most people are saying it actually CAN hurt your eye. Using it on the top isn't so bad but I wouldn't suggest using it on the bottom lid. The liner can get into your eye and clog your tear duct causing problems like pink eye. There are mineral liners that are powders and liquids, they come in a tube like liquid liner does. It is applied with a wand on the inner lids of your eyes by inserting the wand, closing your eye and sweeping the wand from the inside out. This also lines both the top and bottom lids at the same time! Being that the liner is natural and made from minerals it is a natural antiseptic meaning it will help prevent eye diseases and infections. Hope I could help!!
no it wont. but i wouldnt use liquid eyeliner at the bottom id stick to a normal penicl. i only use liquid n top and it looks beautiful even though i use penicl at the bottom. but still it wont casue any damage to your eye.
i've been using it for about 3 years now and occasionally i slip and do what you do - i have absolutely no problems with my eyes.
Most makeup (besides the kind made entirely from natural ingredients) will be somewhat harmful to you,but you should be fine as long as you're not pouring it into your eyes or something.
no its not bad for your eyes. i use it all the time an i do the same thing as you.
No ive been doing the same thing for years and my sight is 20-20... went for a check up last week :)
i think all make ups are bad for your skinns

xXx 鈾?David Tennant Lover 鈾?xXxHow to apply liquid eye liner(O_o)?
pull your eyelid taut at the outer edge. start at the inner corner of the eyelid as close the the lashes as possible. use short thin strokes getting thicker as you get towards the outer corner of your eye.
If you still have problems, Spehora has this product called 'tricks of the trade' eyeliner last. it's a clear topcoat that you put over a regular pencil liner %26amp; it stays put as if you had used liquid liner. it doesnt smudge, smear, or sweat off. is removable with makeup remover.
do it in lots of small lines across your eye lid. that way you don't have to worry about doing one big line in one go.
if you take your index finger, close one eye and hold down the eye lid by your lashes, then you can use your spare eye to look in the mirror and apply!!
practice a lot and you should get the hang of it in no time at all :)
dont start from the coner of the inside of your eye go twords the middle and you want to do one swoop as close to the lash line as possible... after go back in and lightly fill the corner you didnt do just be still and fast it takes a little big of practice but you will get it :]] okay good luck
start from one corner of your eye to the other one with little the liquid eyeliner but use small strokes. on youtube they have a lot of videos just enter the username expertvilllage or you can put pencil eyelinere first then the liquid liner on top.
Start at the middle of your eye and do small gentle strokes outwards... also, if you draw a guideline with a pencil eyeliner you can make sure its neat before you apply your eyeliner. ;)
Hope I helped! ;)

Is liquid eye liner safe for lower eye lid?
actually i know that the proper use of liners on lower eyelid is of kajal/kohl or pencil eye liners, i have tried all of them but all of them smudge after an hour or so. I have oily skin, but i have tried all different methods n brands but nothing works. i think its a kinda heredity problem. anyways i want to know is it safe to try liquid eye liner? will it look good? i dont mind if its a bit difficult, im willing to practice. thanksIs liquid eye liner safe for lower eye lid?
i always used it on the bottom!
it probably wont look good for the first few times, as its quite hard to put on steadily! but as you put it on more and more often, it'll look good!Is liquid eye liner safe for lower eye lid?
I've been using it on my lower lid for years and it hasn't done anything to my eyes. Just try and be careful when you apply it so you don't accidentally get any in your eye or it'll sting. When you apply pull your eyelid open as much as you can and look up to avoid this.
yeah its safe to use liquid eyeliner on the bottom but its hard to put on so bcareful cuz its really hard to apply on the lower lid since its made for the top lol!!! but its possible to use on bottom. =]
I've been using it for years and I've never had any problems. I use Mabeline. Ultra Liner and it's waterproof.
Yeah, it's fine.
It basically looks the same as pencil eyeliner.

yup i use liquid eyeliner on the bottem
its safe, yeah. it just hurts A LOTTTTT when/if you do get it in yer eye. (:

How do i line to top part of my eye lid with liquid liner without smudges?
don't listen to the girl who says not to use liquid. i only do my top lid and i only use liquid and it looks great
what i do is i close my eye, pull on the outward tip of my lid (so it stretches it out), hold it there, and then apply the eyeliner (starting from inward, next to the nose). steadily.
maybelline's waterproof liquid eyeliner lasts a long time, you should try that if the problem is your eyeliner
oh, and use q-tips to fix up mistakes :DHow do i line to top part of my eye lid with liquid liner without smudges?
i heard that ';connect the dots'; works quite well.
that is when you draw dots along the lash line
(about 4 total) and then connect each one. ;DHow do i line to top part of my eye lid with liquid liner without smudges?
make sure all the hairs of the brush are stuck together, relax while applying. also apply frequently it in your free time. this will help your hand get use to it. then you'll be an expert
Don't stop your liner when you make a mistake or something. just let it flow, if you mess up, wash your face and re do. Try not to focus too much on getting it right but instead, just let your hand glide along the line of your eyelashes.
Practice and more practice. Do you pull your eyelid to the side? Like me Chinese.... You know what I mean. It is easier for me to do it that way if you have any extra skin there. Also you can put it right next to your eyelashes. There is also a makeup eraser. Just do your thing with eyeliner, then erase mistakes, just be careful or you can erase it all. Good luck.
my favorite tip for making sharp lines with eyeliner is this: dont worry about making a mess, just put it on, then take a qtip, moisten tip with your tongue and sharpen the line to exactly the thickness and sharpness you like. Works well with liquid or stick liner...
I love make-up and one day I hope to become a make-up artist so try this:
Slant your eye by slightly pulling back (kind of like Chinese, Japanese eyes) and apply the liquid eyeliner near the lashes with one continuous line and then if there are any bits that need some touching up use a moistened q-tip with water or eye make-up remover.
It works wonders for me.
Goodluck! :)
I have just discovered cream eyeliner. It is the best. You get the look of liquid with out all the mess. You can also make your own by taking an eyeliner pencil and heating it with a lighter. You can buy the brush that you use to put it on with at Walmart of Target. As for the liquid eyeliner pull the lid tight and apply fan dry with hand or book or whatever before you blink or move. Good luck
apply ur liquid eyeliner as you would.. dont try to make it perfect.. dont worry bout smudges or anything. let it dry. then.. take a q-tip. get it wet.. and remove the smudged parts. it will make the line look crisp and sexy!
It takes a steady hand and practice. To steady your hand, rest your little finger on the side of your nose just below the eye area -where it is most comfortable for you.
Good luck
very steady hand you need i my self use the pencil. works better for me.
dont use liquid, use the pencil kind..it doesnt smudge
Close the eye and pull the outside corner of the eye so that the lid is stretched and tight (keep it shut).. This makes it super easy to put liquid liner on. And once it's on, keep your eye closed and blast it with a hair dryer for a few seconds so that the liner will dry quickly

Can liquid eye liner go on like eyeliner?
Yes it goes on exactly the same just don't put so much on because it might look like you have too much on.Can liquid eye liner go on like eyeliner?
yeah it just looks a little darker since it goes on wet so i would suggest mastering the ';art'; of regular eyeliner first to make it easier I personally don't care for liquid linear%26gt; But you should give it a try!

Which one is better? Liquid eye liner or the normal one? And does mascara helps on everyone?
I think that crayon or pencil eyeliners work the best. The liquid liners are risky. They take more time to apply, require a very steady hand, and can look really stupid if you don't do it just right. Liquid liners make a very fine line, and usually you have to go over it a couple times if you want to make the line thicker. If you mess up, it's a pain to fix it. You pretty much have to start over. Liquid liners not only produce a very thin, fine line, but the line itself is very severe. The line you get from a liquid liner will be deeper, bolder, and much sharper than anything you'd ever get from the blackest crayon or pencil. Not something you want to mess around with if you're going for a casual or natural look. Liquid liners can create very dramatic eyes, but it takes skill and patience. If done incorrectly, it can become a distraction, like over-plucked eyebrows. With liquid liners, you have very little flexibility as far as blending, therefore, you're pretty limited on where you can use a liquid liner without looking like an idiot. With a pencil or crayon, you have more control over the line and the thickness and darkness of the line, and you don't have to fuss with it as much. If you make a mistake, smear it over this way or that way, blot it with a tissue, blend it into your eyeshadow, cover it with powder, the options are endless. With liquid you just don't have those kinds of options. You have a perfect line or you don't. There's no middle ground. Plus, I don't know what they put in those liquid liners, but I seem to be more sensitive to them, i've tried many different kinds, and they all make my eyes sting and water. Of course, I might have been concentrating so hard trying to put the stuff on, that my eyes started to water under the strain of it all. Then there's the issue of poking yourself in the eye. This seems to happen a lot more with liquid liners and it hurts like heck. Liquid liners also don't seem to last as long, they seem to fade and wear off pretty quickly. Unless, of course, you get the waterproof kind; in which case the stakes are much higher for you to apply it perfectly the first time around.
As far as mascara....yeah, i'm a believer that it can look good on just about everyone. The trouble is, I don't think one kind of mascara works for everyone. It's all about trial and error, unfortunately. What may work for one person might look terrible on you. Everyones eyelashes are different, and each set may respond better to a certain type of brush, or type of mascara itself. Once you find one that you really like, don't let anybody tell you different. Makeup is an adventure, you just have to find what you're comfortable applying, and what makes you feel good wearing.Which one is better? Liquid eye liner or the normal one? HELP! The white of my eye has a bubble type thing that seems to be filled wth clear liquid?
I have no idea what this is; it looks like a water pouch that's covering the white of my eye, on one side of the pupil. The other white side is perfectly fine. It doesn't hurt, it's just extremely weird. It's like having a very delicate blister on your eye! I feel like when I blink, it may pop. I have no insurance so any advice is helpful. Any ideas? Any good websites? Thank you!!HELP! The white of my eye has a bubble type thing that seems to be filled wth clear liquid?
My daughter had that same thing about a year ago. She went to the ER and I forget what the doctor called it, but stated that is was allergic reaction to pollen that had gotten into her eye. She had no history of allergies, so I was skeptical of the diagnosis. She was sent to buy otc eye drops which she did. The thing was gone the next day. HELP! The white of my eye has a bubble type thing that seems to be filled wth clear liquid?
I had a bubble pop up on the white part of my eye when I was a teenager, but mine was an allergic reaction to a cat that I had petted. I had a bunch of itching on my eye. Other than that, I have no idea what would cause the bubble.
I went to the doctor and all they did was wash my eye out, which I can't see that hurting you so I would try that if I were you.
It may be a phlyctenule.
It is probably not dangerous and will probably go away by itself but, if it does not go away maybe you can get some free or low cost “free clinic” type medical appointment.
Maybe you should use eye drops but not the kind for redness, just lubrication.
See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phlyctenule
I get those when i have been rubbing my eye.
they usually go away after a while. If you don't have allergies and you haven't been rubbing your eyes then you should go see a doctor.
I GOT ONE OF THEM WHEN I WAS LITTLE. I NEVER WENT TO THE DR. SO I CAN NOT TELL YOU WHAT IT IS, BUT I NOW IT WILL GO AWAY IN ABOUT A WEEK.
That generally isn't a good sign.
Go see your doctor, a website ain't gonna help.
You might wanna check it out with a doctor.
Get insurance...then go to the doctor.
Really, you have to find out what it is.
It could be dangerous.

A swollen (blister-like) area on the surface of the eye could be due to many possible causes: age-related (senile plaque); prior surgery or trauma; benign cyst; non-pigmented tumor or nevus; nodule (benign or related to scleritis or episcleritis); a benign growth (pterygium or pinguecula); and others. This is a condition where the eye often will have a swollen area (nodule) that become intermittent inflammed and painful. 50% of so of patients with scleritis have an underlying condition in their body (rheumatoid arthritis; lupus; and others). A pterygium or pinguecula is a degeneration (fibrovascular type growth) that is benign (non-cancerous) but can become markedly inflammed and red when the area becomes irritated. Given your sjogren's you most likely suffer from dry eyes, which can manifest as redness and intermittent sharp pain or a continuous ''gritty'' sensation.
I would strongly suggest an appointment with an ophthalmologist. It concerns me that the swollen area has a lot of ''red'' lines going to it (possible blood vessels which could be a growth that needs to be biopsied). I would suggest doing a google internet search on the terms I listed above to further inform yourself. I would also suggest the use of frequent artificial tears, which should help some with the symptoms. Again, I would recommend you get an exam with an ophthalmologist, who may need to order some blood work depending on his or her findings during a slit lamp examination.

Coming from someone who has had two surgeries on her eyes and the same thing you have, its normal... It freaked me out at first but I asked my doctor and she said it is fine... If I remember correctly it is your eye protecting itself I think that liquid has antibodies in it and your eye was just exposed to something it didn't like. It wont pop and if it does it won't hurt you. also make sure you wash your face every night and scrub your eyes and get all makeup and eyeliner and mascara off... build up of that could cause shalazians sp... but basically hard internal eye pimples but just wash your face and everything and you should be okay!HELP! The white of my eye has a bubble type thing that seems to be filled wth clear liquid?
The condition is not dangerous or sight threatening. Most likely it is a small cyst. They come and go, may be small or large, may be single or connect like a string of sausages. They look like small 'water blisters. In an adult its pretty simple and most will go away with a drop of anesthetic and antibiotics and sticking a couple of holes in it with a sterile needle. Reoccurences are not unusual. Leaving it alone may be the best course, removal would likely require extreme immobilization or exam under anesthesia.
It should go away by itself, if it's real small.
first..get insurance..then look on google!

Can the liquid on your eye balls freeze?
boogers freeze, why not eye mucus? Well if its on inside, you wouldn't want that to happen and your body will try to resist it with internal temperatureCan the liquid on your eye balls freeze?
the answer to that is kind of tricky because yes, anything liquid can freeze at cold enough temperatures but because the water that comes from your tear ducts is so close to the body it will be maintained at the same temperature as your body. If the temperature were cold enough to freeze your eyes it would also be freezing your saliva and probably your lungs. Also keep in mind that this liquid is basically saline (salt-water) which freezes at a lower temperature than regular water. Can the liquid on your eye balls freeze?
Its not possible, unless you are talking about preserved eyeballs. You have to blink at some point. You cant keep your eyes open long enough to let them freeze. Whenever you blink, your eyes go all the way back and it quickly cleans them at a temperature of your body heat. which is in the upper 90s.
Probably in below 0 weather.
Yeah, if you move to the North Pole I bet oyur eyes will get crispy.
yes... at what temp idk

Is it just me or is liquid eye liner really sucky?
i like to use a pencil cause its easier but a lot of chicks use it and i think it looks to thick and goth lookingIs it just me or is liquid eye liner really sucky?
i think that liquid eye liner is sucky because if its liquid and water or if a tear runs down your face then wouldn't it just smear and if the eyeliner isn't liquid then it might last longer and it might not smear or run down your face as fast!Is it just me or is liquid eye liner really sucky?
Its all in how you apply it. THey both have pros. Liquid eyeliner is great because it wears longer. Pencil liner is great because its easy to apply and more forgiving than liquid eyeliner. Practice makes perfect.
Actually I only use liquid eye liner, it's the only kind that dosen't smear or run on me
I am with you. I can't stand liquid eyeliner.
i think it looks better to use the eye pencel becoase it goes on easer, it does look goth looking when girls use to much on there eyes so i think liquid eye liner really sucks
Its very sticky, yes... I prefer the liner because its not all messy!
I don't think you're supposed to drink it.
Lisa Wattier makes an amazing liquid liner that the blackest black, and has a perfect size brush. Expensive but it lasts FOREVER....
Liner has more control, IMHO, after you get use to using it.
You'e got to get the right kind.
I used to hate all liquid eyeliners, and would only use pencil, but whenever I had a late night out or something and it was the least bit humid, my penciled eyeliner would smudge and give me terrible raccoon eyes.
You have to get the kind you apply with a brush. I use Laura Mercier eyeliners, and a bare escentuals extremely thin eyeliner brush, so i can make a thin line, and my eyeliner NEVER smudges. ever. it doesnt come off until i want it off.
All you do is wet the brush, swirl it in the eyeliner and presto. Perfect eyeliner.
Right there with you -
Mac does make one that is semi liquid and you put it on out of a jar - (it's cool) and good for that smoky look but I like the pencil best.
I AGREE!
i use both it depends what look you are going for but if it looks too thick you probably are applying it wrong it is kinda difficult at first to get the hang of liquid eyeliner but after you keep practicing youll get it.
Depends on who uses it and how it's used. You can only use it above the top lashes. A lot of women (all ages) don't know how to apply their makeup. Like when you see the really young girls who cut off their eyebrows and draw them back on with ridiculous arches.
ive tried it and i think it makes me look kinda emo. it looks trashy on almost everyone ive seen use it. not to mention its hard to apply in a thin line... i stick to pencil...it never lets me down ;-)
no it looks much better and everyone no's it
Absolutely!
I prefer a pencil, a nice sharp pencil (preferably a wet and dry one) and you can achieve the same results as with a liquid liner.
it depends on the way you like your makeup, and on how you apply, if its too thick then you can thin it out with a q-tip. its good to work with. It doesnt fade on me. Try Prestige liquid liner, you can find it at drug stores, its a good brand. Also you have to get used to applying it, it was hard for me at first and really messy as well, but i got the hang of it.
I agree.
I use it on the upper side of my upper eyelashes tho. Easier than using the mascara :)
I used pencil for a really long time when I was in high school and then thru college, but you have to pull your eyelid to get a smooth line. I switched to liquid when I noticed my eyelids wrinkling up when I put on eyeshadow. Now, I'd never go back to pencil.
You have to work with liquid to get it just right and applicators can differ from brand to brand, so you may go through a couple of purchases before you find the one you like best. Depending on the angle of the brush you can make the line thick or thin. Good luck.
Yes most liquid based eyeliners are horrible but you just have to try mac brand Fluidline eyeliner its a gel rather than a liquid to help give you a much smoother finish.

I don't like liquid eyeliner either. I use the pushup kind because it's so easy to apply and even when it fades throughout the day, it still looks good.
yes i dont like liquid eyeliner either. i tried it but it always came out to thick so i like to use a pencil now too. i think it just depends who you are. i dont like liquid eyeliner on me but it looks really good on my friend...so it really just depends.

The best way to put liquid eye liner on i can never get ot straight?
it's not a difficult procedure....maybe you're opening your eyes too much????
try tilting your head back while looking at the mirror so that your eyes are half-closed. also, use your other hand to slightly stretch the skin on your upper eyelid--it will smoothen the surface that you have to ';draw'; on.
if you still can't do it, it must be simply that you do not have steady hands, or are just not very adroit. try using a pencil instead. The best way to put liquid eye liner on i can never get ot straight?

Only put on the top of your lid and hold your eye close and whip it across quickly. Or...have someone else do it. That'll probably be quicker and less messy.
Pull ur skin upwards to the right, and then do it in the shape of your eye.
practice practice practice
i never have been able to use it either.
The way that I do it, is I apply it and then use a moistened q-tip and straighten out the line.
pull the skin at the corner of your eye out to make the skin tight.
Continual practice at steadying your hand during application!
no easy answer just takes a bit of practise- keep tryin or buy a pencil instead

Is it bad to use liquid eyeliner on your bottom eye lid? ?
just wondering because i've seen it done before, is it bad? or just harder to do?Is it bad to use liquid eyeliner on your bottom eye lid? ?
i do it every day + my eyes are fine (:
just try not to get it actually in your eye, coz it stings like mad.
aha.Is it bad to use liquid eyeliner on your bottom eye lid?

Which one is better eye liner pencil or eye liquid?
It really depends on how you would want to put the eyeliner on. Do you want it on the top lid or bottom lid? Do you want it simple, clean and defined? Or do you prefer it looking smoky and suttle?
I use liquid eyeliner, and it's actually hard to use at first. Took me long to put it on properly. I'm pro now tho, lol. But if you practice and finally get it right, it looks awesome! Its a lot LESS messy, it stays put and it's really simple. It's famous for the ';Cat Eye';. *Don't use liquid on the bottom lid, only on the top lid. You kind of have to be a pro to use it on the bottom, because it's really common for the liquid to seep into your eyes when used on the bottom! It can hurt. So top lid only k! BTW you can make it thick or thinner. Thicker for a bold look.
http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Art鈥?/a>
I use pencil on my bottom liner though. It's A LOT easier to put on, but it smudges easily.. it's more messy. But some people prefer it that way to acheive the ';Smokey Eye'; affect. (Which it's famous for!)
http://www.theocshow.com/photopost/data/鈥?/a>
If you're going to buy the pencil, get one that says its smudge proof! Get a waterproof one. Trust me, even though they're more expensive, its wayyyyyyyy more worth it.Which one is better eye liner pencil or eye liquid?
pencil is definately easier, but if your trying to get that cat eye look, dont even bother with liquid! way too hard unless you're a pro. TRY: MAC gel pot in blacktrack with their slanted applicator brush (both for around $30) soooo easy to use and stays on all day. you can also use the pencil for the inner rims or as a guide under the gel pot liner. remember PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!Which one is better eye liner pencil or eye liquid?
It's really a personal choice. I personally and professionally prefer pencil liners. They are more moisturizing for your skin and if you use a good one, easy to apply. I use Arbonne's line of pencils. They come in a variety of colors that I love.
Liquid liner for the lid of the eye to create a slick outline , never use it on the bottom it always look too severe !!
Use a pencil eyeliner to line the bottom of your eye , smudge it in with a cotton bud to give a softer look.
i prefer the pencil b cuz the liquid if you mess up and smear it of your eyelid it gets in your even though its eay to get out i still prefer the pencil
I use pencil on my inner eye lids then draw a thin line with the liquid over my eye lids (when I have time) but I mostly just use the pencil because it's quicker and easier.
I like pensil because it's easier to put on, but the down side is it smears more easily. Liquid flakes off, but it doesn't smear.
definitely eye pencil.. i use mac engraved pencil liner.. it looks good and dont smudge..
Depends on the effect you want. HOwever, I prefer pencil, its just easier to use and less messy.
I HAVE PENCILS, AND THEY KINDA HURT BUT ITS A WORTH IT. IVE NEVER TRIED EYE LIQUID. I RECOMMEND THE PENCIL.
the eye pencil because the eye liquid would get in your eyes and it's too messy to dealt with......
ive always used pencil,
but if you wanted it on your eyelid, liquid would look better
pencil. but it should be soft so it goes on smoothly and dosn't hurt. Benefit do good ones.
pencil as liquid is harmful
pencils are definitely better!! %26lt;3
PENCIL ALL THE WAY =]
i prefer the pencil. its less messy
pencils
they both gud at wt they do !
it depends on wt look ur tryin to get
I use liquid eyeliner, and it's actually hard to use at first.

I use pencil on my bottom liner though. It's A LOT easier to put on, but it smudges easily.. it's more messy. But some people prefer it that way to acheive the ';Smokey Eye'; affect. (Which it's famous for!)

Liquid or pencil eyeliner for a smokey eye?
my prom is tomorrow and i am doing the smokey eye look for my makeup. i have never done it before and i don't know which eyeliner to use. and also if anyone could give me any tips on what colors to do besides like a black/gray, it would be great. my dress is emerald green if that helps. thanks so much!Liquid or pencil eyeliner for a smokey eye?
to be honest i use both ;] I'm a darker skin tone so making it dramatic without it looking ';drag queen'; its all in the blending. But i also lovvveee how a cream pencil works. its GREAT precision and blends soo amazing.
[Can you tell I love liner? ] lol
I'd advise playing around tonight with a few looks and compare.
check out youtube there's amazing vid tutorials.
hope you have a great prom ;]Liquid or pencil eyeliner for a smokey eye?

If you want it to be quite dramatic, than use liquid liner, but pencil blends easier for a softer look. And if you don't want to use black/gray, try using a dark, like plum purple color. Or even brown.
I like liquid for the line cause it last forever and a day. But the pencil is good for smudging it... sometimes I dip the pencil into the liquid and use it that way, works great too and last longer.
Pencil can be smudged for a smokey look. Liquid is too precise, so it looks more fierce, not sexy.
Glad I could help! :D
i'd say pencil liquid would look very perfect to perfect

Is mascara considered a ';liquid'; under air travel regulations for the 3 oz rule? What about cream eye shadow?
I want to take mascara and cream eye shadow in my carry-on, and I want to make sure they don't need to be in the baggie in 3 oz containers that have to be inspected. My baggie is getting full!Is mascara considered a ';liquid'; under air travel regulations for the 3 oz rule? What about cream eye shadow?
Yes, and yes. Both mascara and eye shadow cream would be considered liquids. But is either one of them over 3 oz? It's 3 oz per item, so it doesn't matter how many total liquid items you have so long as they can all fit in a single quart-sized plastic bag. Just put them in the baggie and it will be fine. If you really don't want to do that, just stick them in your carry on bag, and they probably won't even notice. If they do notice them on the x-ray, then all that would happen is they'd look through your bags, find the make-up, check that it was under 3 oz, and tell you it was supposed to have been in the baggie. Is mascara considered a ';liquid'; under air travel regulations for the 3 oz rule? What about cream eye shadow?
Yes, they do. For some unknown reason, TSA considers mascara to be ';liquid.'; Don't ask me. Anything creamy, like cream eye shadow, is the same.
If you're going to check a bag, then put some of that stuff in there. It's not worth the hassle of losing it at Security. You might try to just put the mascara in your purse and see if it gets through - they are very inconsistent about what they allow through and not. Unfortunately, you are at the mercy of people who aren't well trained and rules that aren't clear.
Frankly, when I can't bring makeup on the plane, the terrorists have won!
