Urban Decay has great liquid....and pencil. the liner stays on for as long as yew want it too. plus...it comes in a rainbow of colours (including glitter)
p.s: when using liquid liner.....i reccomend buying a separate chisel-point brush........the wand thingys it comes with is crap if yew ask me....plus the brush gives yew better/straighter lines, with less mess-ups

sephora does have alot of good ones but if u want like just regular eye liner wet'n'wild has some good ones
I use sephora. Everything there is pretty great!
the loreal cream liner is awsome
