i heard about this liquid you can buy to make ur eyeshadow become eye cream. where can i get it? and chep?Liquid that turns eye shadow into eye cream?
You can use water with shimmer shadows and with any mineral shadows. If you use any kind of lotion or cream the shadow will crease and not look all that great. There maybe some kind of cream out there to liquefy your shadows but why spend $ when you can use water and all the makeup artists do it too. Water, simple H2O. Just use a damp brush, dip into your eye shadow, then apply. Or you could even use a bit of your face lotion.


Don't waste money on fancy products.
