How can u put liquid eyeliner on top of ur eye?

i only ever do t on the bottom, either with liquid or pencil.

how do u do it on the top? u kinda need to close ur eye, so its hard to see..any tips? haha thanxHow can u put liquid eyeliner on top of ur eye?
Step 1- Choose the type of liquid eyeliner you want to use. You can use liquid eyeliner with a wand applicator or liquid eyeliner with a sponge tip, similar to a felt-tip pen. Practice using both and go with the eyeliner you feel most comfortable with.

Step 2- Select the color of your liquid eyeliner. Liquid eyeliner's purpose is to create fullness and thickness in the eyelashes, so choose the same color as the mascara you plan to use for a more natural look.

Step 3- Rest one elbow on a flat surface, like your bathroom counter, to help steady your hand. Close one eye and lift that eyelid gently with your non-dominant hand.

Step 4- Apply the liquid eyeliner as close as possible to the lash line. Make a series of small marks, instead of one straight line across, to give you more control of the eyeliner. Connect the series of small marks as you move along the lash line.

Step 5- Repeat Step 4 on your other eye. Check both eyes carefully in a mirror. Small mistakes and smudges can be

Okay, I use liquid liner. Close the eye your working on, and do NOT stretch your skin to help you see better. This will cause wrinkles later on... Start on the inside corner of your eye (or near it) and stay as close to the lash-line as possible...this goes for the whole top lid, but keep it closest here. Slowly and carefully drag the tip, gradually making the line thicker, until you reach the outer corner. If you have round eyes don't go entirely to the edge, because it will make your eyes look narrower and less almond shaped.

Some people say to do it in short strokes and work from the outside. This doesn't work for me because then it looks too blotchy, but you can try it and see if it works for you.

The whole effect is that it will make your eyes look much bigger. Hope this helped! :)
Tilt your head back a little so your lid will droop down a bit, then apply.

You just have to keep practicing.
Instead of closing your eye just pull on the corner of your eye to make it tighter.

and you really shouldnt be using liquid liner on your waterline, only waterline safe pencils or gels.

hope i helped
close one eye,

dont stretch ur eye lid too much (it'll cause wrinkles)

put it as close to the lashes as u can. it'll look thinner and more natural and precise.
