I just got this Loreal one it has a felt tip like a pen i lovvve it. It goes on so easy.
They do have some waterproof you just got to search through them to find one.What ';non-waterproof'; liquid eye liner is the best?
everyone has there opinion in it.
right now i use rimmel, and its doing fine.
its not waterproof.
but yeah different brands work differently for everyone, i suggest going to a biglots or something like that to get a few different name brands for cheap and see which one suits you best.

its only 2 dollars, but it works really well.
