How do i put liquid eyeliner on the bottom part of my eye?

so i have not used pencil, i started out with liquid but i dont know how to get on the bottom of my eye with out it getting in my eye, and have it still look good.How do i put liquid eyeliner on the bottom part of my eye?

you DON'T use liquid on the waterline, it's not meant for the bottom waterline!!!





if you want to put eyeliner on the water-line, choose an opthamologist tested pencil of cream eyeliner. you can use liquid down below the lashes if you wanted, but sometimes that doesn't look right.





liquid is great for the top, but pencil or cream is better for the bottom
It's next to impossible to do, and liquid eyeliner burns like crazy when it gets into your eye. Buy Wet'n'Wild's new cream eyeliner. It comes with an application brush and it is better than liquid and pencils. It gives you the deep liquid liner look without the smears and wash-outs and pain.
I used to use liquid on my waterline and i was fine. it never burned my eyes. if it does, try with another one. i've gotten so much in my eye once it turned black and my vision dimmed. but as soon as my eye blinked it out, i was okay. so if you DO get it in your eye, it might burn, but won't cause damage. you'll be fine, just flush your eyes well with water. remember, eyeliner is tested so if it goes in your eye, it won't damage.





what you do, is put it on the very edge of your water line. there's a ridge on the edge of your waterline [the edge that comes in contact with your eye, not your lower lashes]. if you get it on the ridge, it will go into your eye. Make sure the eyeliner you used works on the waterline because some eyeliners i used didn't work. I applied it and it became like water on plastic.





that's why pencil is recommended. if you Do use pencil, get a water proof, creamy one. if it's creamy you won't have to apply pressure on the waterline so your eyes won't water. some pencils that require you to apply pressure tickle your eye or can cause pain and it can make your eye cry, which makes it hard to apply.

You mean waterline? As the first girl said, DO NOT DO THIS.


It looks gross and it is also a health concern. Any makeup on the waterline will go INTO the eye.





Do not use liquid on the lower lash line. In cosmetics ads, that's fine. In real life, no.
don't do that! when it gets in your eye it will burn it. and it might damage your eyes. use a pencil liner, trust me. as far as i know, there's no way to put liquid liner on your lower lid and have it look good. no matter what people say.

Use a pencil eyeliner or you can get blind :S
