actually i know that the proper use of liners on lower eyelid is of kajal/kohl or pencil eye liners, i have tried all of them but all of them smudge after an hour or so. I have oily skin, but i have tried all different methods n brands but nothing works. i think its a kinda heredity problem. anyways i want to know is it safe to try liquid eye liner? will it look good? i dont mind if its a bit difficult, im willing to practice. thanksIs liquid eye liner safe for lower eye lid?

it probably wont look good for the first few times, as its quite hard to put on steadily! but as you put it on more and more often, it'll look good!Is liquid eye liner safe for lower eye lid?
I've been using it on my lower lid for years and it hasn't done anything to my eyes. Just try and be careful when you apply it so you don't accidentally get any in your eye or it'll sting. When you apply pull your eyelid open as much as you can and look up to avoid this.
yeah its safe to use liquid eyeliner on the bottom but its hard to put on so bcareful cuz its really hard to apply on the lower lid since its made for the top lol!!! but its possible to use on bottom. =]
I've been using it for years and I've never had any problems. I use Mabeline. Ultra Liner and it's waterproof.
Yeah, it's fine.
It basically looks the same as pencil eyeliner.

yup i use liquid eyeliner on the bottem
its safe, yeah. it just hurts A LOTTTTT when/if you do get it in yer eye. (:
