How can I either make my bottom line of eyeliner stay on for longer or use liquid on the bottom of my eye?

Basically...I alwaiis where eyeliner but I cant seem to make itm stay on the bottom for very long and how would one use liquid eyeliner on the bottom of an eye?

No it's really not a stupid question, i had this problem for yearss seriously haha. I wouldn't use liquid eyeliner if i were you, it's hard to reply, often looks messy and it'll irritate you if you've got sensitive eyes. Like others have said, try and use a waterproof eyeliner or one that says 'long-lasting'. Also, have you been putting your eyeliner right on the rim of your bottom line? If you have, a lot of vapour from your eye settles there and often washes the liner away. try and place it on the skin of your lid. (:
Well you can buy waterproo eyeliner. I know it comes of just on its own but it might help. Otherwise you could try liquid eyeliner.


Basically just apply it like normal eyeliner , but just have a makup remover wipe just in case it smears. Just use it like the eyeliner pencil but with more care.

Regular eye liner - with a sharp pencil liner or mechanical pencil hold eyelid down a little and with a steady hand sweap across lid. this will make those eye lashes appear fuller and thicker when mascara is applied as well!
I don't recommend using liquid eyeliner on the bottom because if it gets in your eye...you will cry....





Try buying a waterproof eyelined like at sephora





youll defenitly see the difference :)
I use a liquid eye liner on top and underneath the bottom lashes it lasts all day.
