i can use some help..How to put on liquid eye liner?
1. Grab your E.L and make sure its not to clumpy.
2. *if you need help rest your elbows over the bench or wherever and also put you pinky below th eye (it works for me)
3. for beginners, keep trying, PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!:)
4. only apply to your top lids when you get better at it you can try down below:)

Ever used a pencil eyeliner before? If so, it's very similar, you just don't have to press hard. Use one hand to gently tug the lid taut, and trace as close to the lash line as you can, otherwise you'll get that raccoon look. It might go on fairly light for the first coat, wait for it to dry and then apply the second coat and you might apply an eyeshadow primer between coats, so when you put on the actual eyeshadow, it doesn't sprinkle onto the liner. Trace a thin line in the center and thicken it as you reach the outer edges. A very tiny slight cat-eyed look is cute. just don't exaggerate it. Have fun! Eyeliner is awesome! And always make sure that you have a good eyemakeup remover to remove it, otherwise leaving it on can cause your eyelashes to thin out.
It is most important to keep your hand steady. Sit down at a table with a mirror in front of you. Make sure that you are comfortable and have your elbow on the table to keep your hand steady. Start on the top from the inside corner of your eye and paint the eyeliner to the outside. Keep it just above your lashes. Then do the bottom lid. Draw the line a little away from the corner so that your eyes will look larger. Then drawer the line to the outside of the eye. You may have to try a few times and experiment to see how it looks. Make sure you don't get any eyeliner in your eye. You can put a small dot of white eyeshadow in the corner of your eye. It is supposed to make your eyes look brighter.
1. make sure concealer and shadow has already been applied
2. dip all excess eyeliner off the wand and onto the edge of the bottle to avoid goopiness
3. gently hold down your eye by its lashes and apply a very thin layer of liquid liner to the edge of the eyelid
4. keep your eye closed for about 1 minute or so, in order for the eyeliner to dry
5. repeat
