When i put eyeliner (pencil/liquid or even eye shadow)on my bottom lid , it just doesnt stay there.help?

i love smokey eye look, but cant pull it off because of that prblem.i look like a racoon after an hour of puttin make up cuz it all goes down almost like i was crying.what should i do??

i tried with and without foundation, same result:( plz helpWhen i put eyeliner (pencil/liquid or even eye shadow)on my bottom lid , it just doesnt stay there.help?
Start off my taking a q-tip and trying to try out that part of your eye. Then (try to avoid blinking in between) use a eye liner pencil. Make sure it's waterproof!! It will be hard to get off but it won't smudge. My favorite brand is prestige. They sell it in most drug-stores, it's cheap irritant-free and works really well. But also, if you like the smokey eye look so much try something else. There are other ways to achieve it without having to deal with the messiness. Try using dark eye shadow or smudging eyeliner on the bottom line of ur lower lashes. Just experiment. When i put eyeliner (pencil/liquid or even eye shadow)on my bottom lid , it just doesnt stay there.help?
Get the eyeliner from Bee-Luscious. For a ';PERFECT'; smokey use the automatic eyeliner and the liquid eyeliner for the top lid before the mascara application. You will be so amazed with the results of these products.
Try Urban Decay 24-7 eyeliner pencils, they last all day on me and hardly smudge at all, especially if I use them along with Urban Decay's Primer Potion. You could also top it with a matching powder eyeshadow to ';set'; it.
Try using the Sensitive Eyes Eyeliner by Bee-Luscious. It really helped me. My eyes have never felt more comfortable.
You should use the eyeliner made by Bee-Luscious. Get the one for sensitive eyes because what usually happens is some of the eyeliner can irritate your eyes and you end up rubbing them without realizing it. The sensitive eyes eyeliner from Bee-Luscious will sooth your eyes with chamomile and aloe. This will keep you from rubbing and causing your eyeliner to smear. Also you may actually have some tears form is you do have a sensitivity to eyeliners.
i have the same problem try using a shadow cream.

it goes under the eye and it also takes away the black circles! but before you do any of this take a Q-tip and clean under the eye(and the eye lid) for like oils and stuff that could make the eye liner run. then put on the eyeliner.

then cover under the eye with foundation but dont use a liquid, brush it on with a blush brush. this could solve the problem. if you need more help my email is kayla_ostwalt@yahoo.com
same thing happens to me =/
i love NYC black eyeliner. its like 99cents for a really big pencil, so you can get a bunch of them to keep in your room, purse, bathroom, in your locker or anywhere! To get a smokey eye i actually use black eye shadow[MAC] for above and underneath my eye. So even if your eyeliner does come off the inside of your eye on the bottom, it is still smokey from the shadow%26amp;mascara.
dont buy the cheaper ones thats the difference the pricier ones stay on longer...but this should help =} this is her first video so she's a little nervous but shes good.
