How do u put liquid eyeliner on the bottom of ur eye?

you put it just under the lashes, as close to the lash line as possible. don't put it on the inside of your eyelid, it's not good for your eyes.How do u put liquid eyeliner on the bottom of ur eye?
liquid liner doesn't go on the bottom. use pencil for that it looks more natural.How do u put liquid eyeliner on the bottom of ur eye?
don't put it in the pink part, but try to get it as close to your eye lash line as possible.

But if you do, I'm pretty sure it would come off in 5 minutes. I suggest you use pencil, not liquid..
instead of putting it inside like how some people do with a pencil, just draw it right underneath.
